The entire project covers approximately 210 acres, with nearly 100 acres developed into homesites.  Many of the sites have spectacular views of city, river, bay or surrounding territory. As of August 2008, 82 homesites have been sold and 57 dwelling units have been built.

Division 1:

Home sites on which you can construct townhouses or single family homes. Gated community with private streets. Home Owners Association governs Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR's), and maintains common areas.

As of August 2008, 39 home sites have been sold, and 16 homes have been constructed.

Division 3:

Single family home sites with public streets. Home Owners Association governs Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR's).

As of August 2008, 30 homesites have been sold, and 18 homes have been constructed.

Division 5: Preliminary plat approval has been granted for 57 lots on approximately ---- acres. The plat is located west northwest of the proposed Division 4.
